Aluminium shows every weld and every degree out of true. That is exactly why the yard builds in it.
The yard · Split, Croatia · 43°30’N 16°26’E
Every stage happens on the Split waterfront under one roof — and you are welcome to walk the floor at any of them.
01 · Week 0
A blank sheet with the yard. Hull, layout, propulsion, deck, trim and electronics, agreed line by line before a plate is cut.
02 · Week 4
Marine-grade aluminium cut and welded by hand. The most-photographed stage, and the one most owners fly out to see.
03 · Week 16
Hull faired, Cummins diesel rigged, joinery hung, teak laid and upholstery stitched by the same in-house team.
Aluminium shows every weld and every degree out of true. That is exactly why the yard builds in it.
No robots. Sixty craftsmen, most of whom have been on the floor more than a decade.
Trialled from Split harbour with you aboard, then shipped to Fort Lauderdale.
§ Footage
Straight from the yard floor: a hull in the shed, a C38 in fit-out, and a finished boat lifted at the port.
§ Film
Eight months on the floor in Split, cut down to a few minutes.
The film is hosted on YouTube and only loads once you press play, so nothing is requested from them until you ask for it.
§ Visit
Owners are welcome at any stage of the build, and most come twice: once to watch the plate go down, and once to take her out through the islands. We will arrange the trip.
